Terms of use

These terms govern access to the studio and video creation using your text, media or a public website you are authorized to use.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. An account lets you save projects and generate exports within the limits of your displayed plan.
Your content and rights
You must have the necessary permissions for the text, images, screenshots, brands, music and voices you use. A public website does not automatically grant reuse rights. Respect depicted people and applicable law; illegal content or content infringing their rights is prohibited.
Plans and credits
One credit equals one second of video. Credits are reserved when generation starts and returned if it fails or is cancelled. Deleting a completed export does not return credits. The allowance renews daily in the time zone shown in your account; unused credits do not carry over. Administrator-configured limits are displayed in your plan.
Pro access and payment
Pro access is activated manually after agreement with the administrator. This version does not process payments or automatic paid renewals. Agreed commercial terms must be specified before paid activation.
Review and availability
Check text, pronunciation, subtitles, media and rights before publishing a video. Automatic generation may require corrections. Maintenance or incidents may interrupt the service; support is available on the Contact page.
Storage and deletion
Download exports you wish to keep: their availability depends on your plan. You can delete creations or request erasure of your data. The deletion page lets you directly delete a personal account by confirming its credentials.
